After you book a cleaning, an expert cleaner will come clean your house. All of our cleaners are fully vetted and must pass rigorous cleaning exams. Take a look at this list of what's included in your cleaning. You can also let us know about any special requests when you book. Payment can either be done online via bank transfer, credit card, or paid in cash to our cleaner after the cleaning is completed. You will receive an email with details about your professional prior to your appointment.

We serve within the city of Jakarta. If you are not located in Jakarta and yet you wish to make an appontment, you can contact our customer service. However, we cannot guarantee you a cleaning.

Yes. You can make reservations as you would normally do for houses and apartments. Just go to our booking page and insert the number of people working at your company.If your office have special requirements, please contact our customer service.

Our cleanings are priced on a per hour basis, with a minimum booking of 2 hours. Your full price is based on the number of hours you select.We offer cleaning extras such as fridge or oven cleaning during checkout, with each one adding one half hour of time and cost to your booking.By taking a weekly or bi-weekly cleaning plan, you can save up to 17 % on your hourly rate. For quick cleaning service, we give you a price for 2 hours of cleaning.

No need. You can get an instant price quote online- just let us know where you are and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you have.

We accept bank transfer, credit card, and cash. All payments are processed through our secure, SSL-encrypted, PCI-compliant system for maximum security.

There is no need to do so, but you are perfectly welcome if you wish to appreciate an exceptional job. After your cleaning, you will be able to rate the cleaning experience. We reward hard work and give bonuses to our cleaners with high ratings.

If you feel that the service you received was unsatisfactory, you can contact our customer service. We will the review the issue on a case-by-case basis. If needed, we can offer you either a refund or a second cleaning for free.

You are free to reschedule/ cancel any order within more than 24 hours before the appointment. If you reschedule/ cancel within 24 hours and 2 hours before appointment we will apply a fee of IDR 30k. Unfortunately, there is no refund if your rescheduling/ cancelation is made less than 2 hours before the appointment.

Yes, our cleaners bring all their own supplies and equipment. If you would like our cleaners to clean using special supplies you provide, please leave them out for the cleaners to use. Your cleaners will also bring a vacuum.

Our working hours are as early as 6am until 11pm, every day of the week including weekends. During certain times/dates of increased demand, we may restrict appointment availability or suggest alternatives to ensure that a professional is available to complete your service.

If you want to use the same cleaner, just tick the box in the order page and we will do our best to get you the same cleaner as you had before. Also, you can add your preferred cleaner to your Star Team after the cleaning service is completed, and we will do our best to get you this cleaner upon next order. If your cleaner of choice is not available at the appointed time, our customer service will contact you to help you further.

You can cancel or reschedule online - simply go to your booking page. Please give several hours' notice before canceling or rescheduling to avoid a missed appointment charge.

Totally up to you. If you're not home, make sure to leave the key in a safe place or with the doorman so our cleaners can get in. For security reasons, our cleaners can't keep your key.

You don't need to count your living room or kitchen as a bedroom when you book. We clean one kitchen and one living room in addition to your bedrooms and bathrooms. For additional rooms (offices, etc) please add an additional room to make sure we have enough time to clean everything thoroughly.

Yes. Our cleaners are trained to iron your clothes. Just make sure you have an ironing board and ironer at the cleaner's disposal and (s)he'll get the job done!

If you have an in-unit washer and dryer, we can wash one load of towels and linens. Just be sure to note in the special instructions when you book. Unfortunately, we don't wash clothes.

At the moment, we're only able to clean the inside of homes, and not the outside walkways, windows, decks, or balconies. Please check our what's included page for more details.

Please make sure all your rooms and cupboards are empty before the team arrives. This way, we can make sure to thoroughly clean every nook and cranny. We won't disturb any cupboards that still have items in them. For safety reasons, we don't move the oven or fridge to clean under them. Please try to be home towards the end so we can walk you through the cleaning to make sure you're happy. If you can't be home, please let us know immediately if any areas were missed.

Steam cleaning, laundry, post-construction cleaning services, moving of heavy furniture, polish floors, cleaning of pet excrement, bodily fluids, mold or biohazards, outside areas, fireplaces or the exterior of windows, deep stain removal, infestation, or insect removal.
