KliknClean is an on-demand service online application for housekeeping cleaning in Indonesia. Empowering cleaning professionals is our key strength and it starts from our selections process, to how they are trained and made responsible for quality cleaning of your place. Households and businesses can easily (less than 1 minute!) order a cleaning job through the KliknClean website, applications in Google Play Store and Apple App Store, or by messaging/phone.
KliknClean started in 2016, with the mission to provide affordable and trustable cleaning service to the Indonesian consumers. Based on the experience that existing on demand services are not consistent in quality of service, KliknClean wanted to solve this by maintaining control over the formation and training of the KliknClean cleaning professionals.
Therefore, KliknClean is partnering with PT Carefast Indonesia, a large cleaning company serving shopping malls, hotels and commercial buildings in Indonesia for over 6 years, with a cleaning team of more than 3,000 cleaning professionals. Its vast portfolio with locations such as Pacific Place, DBS Tower Ciputra, Trans7, Hotel Ciputra, helps KliknClean to give the best quality to the consumer market via on- demand cleaning.
Since our inception, we have been growing and serving thousands of households and businesses around Jakarta.
Before joining KliknClean, all candidate cleaning professionals are carefully screened and tested. This includes grooming, psychological and criminal checks, and a compulsory training plan covering skills in cleaning, customer facing, and time management. All these steps are carried out to empower the cleaning professionals to serve the customers in the best way they can, with trusted and skilled cleaning. Besides being employed fulltime by KliknClean, the cleaning professionals are directly accountable for every job carried out, so that they continuously improve and grow within the company.
Once a cleaning job is booked, our system makes sure that the cleaning professionals arrive on time and equipped with all necessary tools and products to do the job. For additional support, our customer service line is open at any time of the day to help out and make the cleaning experience easy and good.
Prior to founding KliknClean, Steven Ghoos, a Belgian living in Jakarta, worked as a management consultant in Europe. After completing his MBA at IE Business School, he wanted to jump into the dynamic online business startup world and completed his training working at Rocket Internet for 3 years as Sales Director at Lazada Vietnam and Managing Director at Lamudi Indonesia. From the real estate sector, it took him a small step to go into the cleaning service for buildings; having concluded a partnership with one of the largest existing cleaning companies in Indonesia, Carefast.
